The Widger Family Foundation Leadership Summit brings together leaders from across the Foundation’s nonprofit community for a day of honest conversation, practical skill-building, and peer connection. Building on the foundation of last year’s Inaugural Leadership Summit, this year we widen the lens – moving beyond the individual leader to the systems, stakeholders, and relationships through which leadership creates lasting impact.

This is not a conference of keynotes and crowds. It is an intimate, working session designed for real leaders navigating real challenges – together.

At the Summit, we will:

• See our leadership challenges through a wider lens – the stakeholders, dynamics, and ripple effects that shape our impact
• Build practical tools we can put to work immediately, grounded in the real challenges we’re navigating right now
• Deepen connections across organizations and leadership levels, strengthening a community of nonprofit leaders who learn from and support one another
